Who I am

Poppy & Seed Studio is a solo branding and web design studio run by Meagan, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. When this page says "I" or "me", it means Poppy & Seed Studio.

What I collect

When you fill in the contact form, book a discovery call or email me, I collect the details you share. That usually means your name, email address, phone number, business name and information about your project.

I also collect general information about how people use this website, such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location. This comes through Google Analytics, run via Google Tag Manager, which uses cookies. It doesn't identify you personally.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk through your project
• To manage bookings, proposals, contracts and invoices
• To understand how the website is used and make it better
• To keep the records I need for tax and legal reasons

I never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who I share it with

I use trusted tools to run the studio, including Webflow (website and forms), Tezzera (bookings, contracts and invoices), Google Workspace (email) and Google Analytics (website stats). These providers store data on their own servers, some of which may be outside Australia.

On some projects I work with trusted creative partners, such as copywriters or photographers. I only share your details with them when your project needs it, and you'll always know about it first.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to understand visits and improve how it works. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work without them.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. I only keep it for as long as I need it for the reasons above, or for as long as the law requires, such as for tax records.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see or update the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, at any time. Email hello@poppyandseedstudio.com.au and I'll get back to you within 30 days.

Concerns

If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, please email me first so I can make it right. If we can't sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Prices on this website are starting points in Australian dollars and may change. Your final price is set out in your proposal.

The text, design, logos, graphics and photography on this website belong to Poppy & Seed Studio or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

Client work in the portfolio is shown with permission. Ownership of each project is as agreed in that client's contract.

Liability

I do my best to keep this website accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee it's error free. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
